We are excited about your interest in Class XI of the Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources. This program is designed to further develop the leadership qualities of men and women to equip them to become increasingly involved in the decision-making process of policy issues which will shape the future of Florida’s agriculture andnatural resources sectors, as well as their local communities. Below are additional details about the program.
During a twenty-two month period, Class XI members will participate in 12 study/travel seminars involving about 55 days. These seminars are scheduled on alternating months with Seminar I scheduled for November 2019. Ten seminars, three to five days in length, will be held in locations throughout Florida. Applications must be submitted by Monday, July 22, 2019. A PDF version of the application is available by request.
If you have any issues with the online application, please contact Kevin Kent (Kevin.firstname.lastname@example.org) or Christy Chiarelli (email@example.com).Online Application Portal
Once you have applied and it is determined that you meet all the application criteria, you will be invited to participate in a selection seminar. You must participate in one of these seminars to be considered for the program. The selection seminars will begin early to mid-August at various locations around the state. Upon receipt of your application, we will send an invitation to these selection seminars.
