Sean and Marcie, both graduates of the Wedgworth Leadership Institute, saw a need for leadership development in their industry, pest management, so they worked together to form Leadership FPMA. Leadership FPMA is a program that takes the concepts of leadership that they both learned in Wedgworth and applies it specifically to their industry. We hear stories from both Sean and Marcie that show how they came to their leadership philosophies from their personal experiences.
